The house has a total area of 130 m2 and consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. In the basement there is a basement with laundry, engine room, and a space that can be arranged according to customer requirements. The ground floor has a living room with spacious kitchen and dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and olive groves.
