The house consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a roof terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a toilet, a storage room, a tavern and a room for entertainment. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a dressing room, a toilet and a terrace with a heated pool, which is connected by an external staircase to the roof terrace where there is a jacuzzi.
